Owner Todd David, a barbecue lover, decided to quit after three decades of work in the house restoration and developed his own barbecue hobby into a career, so there was Cattleack, a couple's shop. The barbecue is owned by Todd himself, so the supply is limited, and it opens only Thursdays, Fridays and the first Saturday of each month, opening from 10:30 to 2:30. As long as it is open for business hours, the store is full of long queues, but as long as you eat the entrance-inspired braket and secret roast sausage, you must think that waiting is worth it! Many diners think this is the best barbecue in Texas~
